Fastback Portal
Information & Services
Support services, training, tools, information materials, and individual customer document sharing with the Fastback support team, are accessed via Fastback’s customer portal. Customers with an existing Maintenance and Support Agreement can access the portal via the login link at the top of the page.
Comprehensive support services include initial analysis and site planning through training and network maintenance, providing tools and solutions knowledge to ensure success. Fastback support services include:

- Manuals, release notes, data sheets and more
- Training, and train the trainer to plan, install, & deploy

Comprehensive Training Services & Certification
Fastback training offerings cover instruction for all stages of deployment for Fastback products. From site analysis and planning, use of the IBR Predict and Liberator Predict network planning tools, and ongoing maintenance, the courses provide all the information needed to quickly and successfully install Fastback solutions.
Training courses are offered for both individual products and network planning tools, with choice of in-person or webinar based instruction. Custom training programs are also available via individual request. Upon completion of training courses, attendees received Certification for installation of deployment of the individual Fastback products. This qualification applies to any organizations that may require services for installation of Fastback solutions, offering individuals the opportunity to apply knowledge of Fastback products to multiple business engagements. And individuals and organization enrolled in training courses have automatic access to Tier 2 support services.
