In 1999, he moved to Singapore where he developed and managed complex solutions sales throughout Asia-Pacific while also introducing and implementing successful critical business metrics.
Having moved back to Europe in 2002, to lead business development for Motorola Government & Enterprise in Eastern Europe, he was appointed General Manager for Russia with full P&L responsibility and an agenda for change. During his four years in Moscow, revenue grew 80% and transformed Russia into the major growth engine in the Europe, Middle East & Africa region.
In 2007, he returned to the UK as EMEA Director of sales, product management, marketing and technical support for Motorola Wireless Broadband. Stuart restructured and rebuilt the team and, under his leadership, Wireless Broadband became Motorola’s fastest growing business segment in revenue, market share and margin growth.
Educated in Switzerland, Stuart is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and completed his Master’s degree at the College of Europe, Bruges.
