The candidate will be part of an exciting and fast paced startup team delivering a new product targeting the wireless backhaul market. The candidate will work with the sales team on pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Pre-sales activities will include helping sales qualify customers, explaining technology, answering product related questions, supporting and/or coordinating field trials, lab tests, network integrations and FOA activities. The candidate will be expected to conduct follow-up sales calls alone and manage the technical aspects of the sales process in coordination with the account manager.
Post-sales activities will include creating training, providing training, taking lead on technical issues, assisting with new requirements gathering, facilitating, follow-on sales, etc.
The candidate will interact with marketing, QA and engineering in addressing customer feature requests and customer issues.
BS or equivalent in electrical or computer engineering.
