Kirk Blattman

With 25 years engineering management experience, Kirk Blattman has lead development teams for innovative network products for both large established market leaders and innovative startup companies. As VP Engineering for Arroyo Video Solutions, Kirk built and led the engineering team, including all aspects of product development and quality. Following Cisco Systems acquisition of Arroyo, Kirk continued to lead engineering development of the product line as Director of Engineering, Video and Content Platform Business Unit, which secured engagements with 30 global service providers, growing to revenue approaching $100M.

Prior, Kirk was VP Engineering, Calix Networks, where he built and led the start-up telecommunications system provider’s hardware and software engineering teams. Previously, Kirk held a series of executive engineering positions with 3Com including, VP Engineering, Business Connectivity Group, as well as management positions in the Ethernet Products Group, and the Network Adapter Division. Kirk began his career in engineering positions with Hewlett Packard, Measurement and Control Systems, ASIC engineering and Instruments Divisions.
